OK , you are going to install 6 OS on one HDD , WTF for ?
    Linux(Redhat9), freeBSD, WIN98, WIN2000, WINXP , DOS6.22 ( stuffed if I
know why you want to install DOS )

The rule for partitions is that you can have any combination of primary and
extended partitions up to a total of 4 , this means that you will have to
install at least 2 or 3 primary partitions and 1 or 2 extended partitions
and then extended partitions on the extended partition(s).

The other big mistake you are making is that you have been installing RH
first , you should be installing Windows 98 first.

There are a number of combinations of setting up the partitions , but the
easiest way to say is to create at least 2 primary partitions first and then
an extended partition and on the extended partition create extended
    partitions again.

When you go to install the OS , install Windows 98 , Win2000 ( extended
partition ) and then RH then the others.
There are quite a few combinations to use , so somebody else may be able to
give you their opinion of "their way"
