    Hello everyone,

I'm using Fedora Core 2 on a Dell Latitude C840. The onboard graphic chip is
"nVidia GeForce 4 440 Go". I'm having problems making this driver work. I
did download the latest driver from nvidia.com. I run the installer, and
then I modifiy (accordingly..to the readme) the Xfree86 config file (in FC2
it's the xorg.conf). When I then switch to runlevel 5 the computer hangs.

I've been looking on the web. It seems there is an issue with the nvidia
driver and the current kernel in this Fedora release. I could keep using
the generic driver but the image isn't that quite perfect.

    Anyone knows of a work-around?

    Thanks,
    Jose
