fedora installation issues - possibly video card

Hi, so I've tried fedora on my computer - went to install it on a
cheapo computer I have just built. I think the problem I have related
to the video card (which is a cheap PCI one). Everytime I run put
the cd in and boot it gets stuck on /sbin/loader

I have tried noprobe and the like does anyone have a solution (apart
from getting a new video card!?)
