upgrading FC1 to FC2..

hi..
i was using FC1 on my system..now i've got FC2 CD's ..can i just
upgrade FC1 to FC2 by the upgrade option on the installation CD? i'm
having 6GB of free space with 256MB RAM & 1.8Ghz CPU...
