(There's no need to send HTML in newsgroup postings. Plain
text is nearly universally preferred, from what I have
seen.)
This is a known bug, as has been discussed before in one or
more of the *linux* newsgroups. The GUI config tool doesn't
correctly show the old security level but always shows
"high" when you bring up the tool. As far as I am aware,
when you set the security level to something and save and
close the tool, what you selected actually _does_ take
effect, even if the tool doesn't properly show it next time
you bring up the tool.
