awstats and vsftpd log format

I am having a little trouble with this log formatting. vsftp is
putting the information out with in the standard format

I must have something wrong with this darn "LogFormat" setting in
AWstat. It is concidering every line in the logs corrupt...

vsftpd log format
Wed May 26 11:47:21 2004 1 xxx.147.93.xxx 381 /850/txt.txt a _ i r
user ftp 0 * c

awstat LogFormat:
"%other %time3 %other %other %host %bytesd %url %other %other %method
%other %host %code %other %other %other"

AWstats Update message:

Update for config "/etc/awstats/awstats.test.conf" With data in log
file "/var/log/vsftpd.log"... Phase 1 : First bypass old records,
searching new record... Searching new records from beginning of log
file... Jumped lines in file: 0 Parsed lines in file: 1885 Found 0
dropped records, Found 1885 corrupted records, Found 0 old records,
Found 0 new qualified records.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
