Hi - but seriously, FC2 has its problems, some
I've solved.. so I have hope about this one.

I put in a CD, in kscd in KDE or in "CD Player"
in Gnome, and the transport works ok, eject and
the CD moving in there.. but zero sound and zero
CD info, not even a generic list of the songs
    on the disk.

The sound card works fine for other things.

The other multimedia aps don't see the disk in
there, either. Do I need to do some special
    mounting or something?
