FC2 and MP3s - where to DL fixes?

    It's been a while since I've used RH, and I just cannot remember where to
    download the files needed to "fix" MP3 playback in XMMS and other apps.

    Also, I'd like to be able to fix Sound Juicer CD Ripper to be able to create
    MP3 files. How do you get the MP3 radio button to become active?
