upgrade from RH 7.2 to Fedora

Hi all
I have a web server (apache1.3.20.16) with php and Mysql running on
RedHat 7.2 , I need it to upgrade to fedora (I need a more recent php
version, php 4.3.x and apache).

what is the best way to do that ?
