    RH 9.0

    I am receiving an error:

    bringing up etho failed upon boot up.

    when trying to configure the nic on various irq's I receive the
    following error:

    SIOCSIFFLAGS: device or resource busy failed to bring up etho.

    is it the nic. If it's easier ill buy a new nic I dont care as I have
    lot more work to do on this machine. By the way, the nic works in Winx
