eth0 trouble, a hint (?)

I am sorry fo inattention, but after I add the two lines into my
modules.conf (see my last letter which is sent a fewminutes ago), I have got
some response:
Now the system says that "ismod eth0 failled". It appears during the
shutdowning, not starting.
The full patch to the ne.o file (as I understood it is NE-2000 driver) is
included into the error message.
