I have a triple boot of Win 98,Win2k and RH 9.0. If you are installing
RH after Windoze OS's has been installed then you should face no problem.
You can install grub as your bootloader in your MBR. The only problem is
that
you will have to bypass 2 boot screens , one of GRUB and other of ntloader.
