    it was quite sometime ago on my prev motherboard.
    the kernel panicked by with diff arguments from yours
    one of my RAM was faulty. (to linux but apparently not to windows)
    when i took it off, linux installation works. after a few weeks, my RAM module indeed spoils.
    maybe, before going into install proper, go to install options and run a RAM scan to check on your memory modules.
