The FC3 updates does have the KDE 3.3.1 RPM packages available for
example;
ftp://chuck.ucs.indiana.edu/pub/linux/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/i386/

Haven't tried the latest FireFox yet, see no reason to currently I use the
current Mozilla-1.7.3 RPMs and see no reason to change.
