Do I have to create a RAID device for each parttion? (/, /boot, etc)

Hi

I did a dry run install of FC3 but am trying something new (for me) -
creating a RAID-1 system. Because I didn't complete the installation,
I'm not sure whether I need to create one RAID device like md0, then
add the /, /boot, /root etc partitions later OR create a RAID device for
each of the required partitions. Can anyone help? TIA :)
