Installing RH Enterprise Linux 2.1 ES on a tandard white box. 512 Mb RAM, 20
Gb hard disk. Install completes just fine. While checking ate virtual
consoles while intalling, I've seen lots of errors in the ALT-F4 install
console:
<4>end reques: I/O error: dev 03:02 (hda) sector xxxx
xxxxx dma_intr: status=0x51 { Driveready seekcomplete error}
dma_int status=0x40 { Uncoprrectable error ] lbasect=xxx sector=yyy
The systems boots just fiine and seems ok afterward. Should I worry or
install on another disk ?
