Fedora 3 and uptodate

I installed fedora 3, and then ran uptodate. I noticed it found quite
a few packages that needed to be updated, but I also noticed the size
was listed as 0 bytes beside each package. I nevertheless selected all
packages, it did the package dependency check, then on the retrieve
dialog just hung there forever without doing anything. I finally
cancelled it.
