FC3 "out of the box" Kernel compile options ?

    Hello:
      How could I knw what are the compile options of the FC3 kernel compile
    options ? (Default "of the box").
    Also is recompiling the kernel same as Redat 7 to 9 ?
     If not a pointer to the proper documentation would be nice.
