Hi, all,
I just burned the FC3 ISO discs to CD-R (once under W2K Roxio, and the
2nd time under FC2 K3b), but I can't boot from either set. Also, I can
boot from the original FC2 disc set that I installed my FC2 system
from. And I can mount the new sets as iso9660's, and do "ls" on them
and "gvim" on the READMEs. So I assume the discs are readable.
I suspect that my new CD-R sets are somehow corrupt, perhaps due to
incorrect ISO settings when burning the CDs, but then how am I able to
read from them?
Does anyone have an idea why the new sets are readable but not
bootable, whereas the old set is both? Also, any suggestions about how
to write the ISOs with K3b (was using the K3b defaults)?
Thanks!
Andy
