Yes, you should see a directory structure just like you would any other
bootable CD. Here's how to burn an ISO file:

I don't use Roxio, but, in Nero 6, under the File menu, OPEN FILE, then
Navigate to the folder where you have the .iso image on your hard drive.
You will get a POPUP Selection box. Once you are there, at the BOTTOM
center of the BOX, there are two Selection boxes with a Down Arrow on the
right side of them. ON the BOTTOM selection box, Click the DOWN ARROW and
you will be presented with a list of FILE EXTENSIONS (file types). At or
near the bottom of that box is.... *.ISO.. Select it. The ISO file
in your folder show now show up since you have selected it's file extension
(this is all assuming you are doing this from Windows & Nero).
Now, select your ISO file. Then Click on the OPEN button in the lower right
corner of the POPUP box. From there you will be taken to the burn Image box
and you should be good to go. Be sure to check the Finalize checkbox on the
on the burn page. If your ISO file is not corrupted, you will end up with a
bootable CD.

It's really easy once you learn how to do it.
