You didn't say if you want to connect using a dial up account or a broadband
account , this link might help you if you want to connect using a dial up
account.

I wrote it mainly to remember how to set up KPPP so I whacked it on a web
page so others can read it.

KPPP is a much nicer way of connecting to the internet instead of using the
Network Control Tool.
