The "ethereal" rpm includes only the text mode, i.e. the "tethereal"
command. The ethereal GUI front end is in the "ethereal-gnome" rpm.
AFAIK it should work under KDE, but I have no first-hand experience with
that. There are dependencies on some Gnome libraries, but you probably
already have those installed since a lot of packages require them.
