    download all the updated rpm files from a mirror to your local harddrive.
    then use up2date like this:
    up2date --packagedir=/path/to/updates/

    i think relative paths should work as well if you burn it all on a CD.
    the only thing i dont know is which files you need for up2date to run from the CD.
