FC3 dialup setup

I am installing FC3 from dvd.
All goes well, but how is it recommended to get setup for dialup on the
internet ?

System Tools -> internet connection wizard
has some presets for the northern hemisphere, but it seems I must manually
enter stuff into resolv.conf and hosts.allow etc etc.

Is there a how-to for getting up on the internet and getting the emails
working ? I find anything at fedoraforums.

How is a novice to get going on dialup ?

I have username, password, domain name, DNS number, ISP phone number, so
where-to from here ?
