FC2 -> FC4 upgrade question

I have a machine running FC2 and am planning to upgrade to FC4. After the
FC2 machine had been in place for a while, I upgraded the hard drives to a
Raid 1 array with mdadm, which runs flawlessly.
Question: when I upgrade to FC4, will the installation process detect my
Raid and upgrade appropriately? Or will I end up having to reinstall Raid?
