Pretty much so, as far as I can remember (it's been a while since I set up
dial-up on Fedora).

Not something that I recall having to play with, nor even find (just tried
running "internet-druid" again). All I see are either automatic or manual
IP address settings (address - for this terminal, subnet mask - for this
terminal to determine what's the boundary between internal and external
network addresses, default gateway address - the address that this terminal
should route through for external communications).

If you need to, or want to, you can put the IP addresses for your ISP's DNS
servers in there, but most ISPs now provide that information to your
computer as it connects. Mine worked that way, I left that section empty,
and the ISP provided the information for them. i.e. They're set
automatically.

Now, I run my own DNS server, and ignore the ISP's completely (my ISP's
servers were just a little bit flakey).
