Need Help Urgently !! sir .. How can i find package RPM Deeply more ?

How can i find package RPM Deeply more ?

In X-window : Add/remove Software :

I found that it not at all of package software i need.
such as i want to install " yum " or others
i can't find it on Add/remove software. sir
How can i find it ?

In the past , i 've ever used mandrake linux.
In x-window of mandrake have " Software Manager "
that i can search deeply of package rpm.

and in command i can use urpmi to easy install sir.
I like urpmi Caz it make me easy .
it can call and tell me to put disc. no. xxx
by step by step and collect software need automaticly . sir

I use Redhat EL 4 ES.
and want to install "yum"
Caz now i can't use command " yum"
it occur " command not fonud "

and Next after i 've installed yum.
i 'll install more software package . sir

1. yum is easy than up2date ?
2. up2date is tool for install and update from remote server only ? (
from redhat server )
3. up2date can use install others software package local ?
4. yum is for install package software local only ? ( it can use to
install or update from remote server ? )
