    :Because you installed the source rpm for the kernel rpm. A source rpm is a
    :package that is used to create a binary rpm. Normally only used if you do
    :not have the binary rpm available or have another kind of CPU.

    :You need to look for the kernel-source*.rpm file and install that.

    In FC-3 and later releases there is no kernel-source rpm. See the
    release notes for details.

        /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RELEASE-NOTES-x86-en.html

        /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RELEASE-NOTES-x86-en
