Angus,
It means that your system cannot use dev/hdb3 as swapspace. In fact it
should be /dev/hdb3.
edit /etc/fstab and look for a line with dev/hdb3. If you find it with two
times the word swap then change dev/hdb3 into /dev/hdb3.
This should result in more swapspace (MicroSoft Windows calls it virtual
memory or comparable with WinNT pagefile).
