    As root from the console or xterm session type something like (choose a
    mirror closer to you [ http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html ] );

    rpm -Fvh
    http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/kde*.rpm
    --force

    Watch out for word wrap, the command is one long line with a space before
    the start of the next line.
