XCHM challenging to install on Fedora.

Hello:
I was hoping a quick install of xchm, and found installing xchm on FC4
to be challenge. a) Could not compile easily fr src, b) RPM do not work
c)no YUM repository seems to have xchm for FC4.

2) Suggest that xchm should be included in FC5
