Howdy,
I had a linux box with a single CPU. I recently upgraded the machine, and
I moved my HD over to a new motherboard that has 2 CPUs, and I've also
upgraded to Fedora Core 4. When I look under KInfoCenter->Processor I see
that only one CPU is listed. Is there a way to verify that I'm using both
CPUs?
The first step is to download and install an smp kernel. The second step is to boot the system using the smp kernel.
That's what I was afraid of. Is there a Fedora Core 4 SMP repository, or should I get used to rebuilding the kernel myself.
