RHEL 4 installation cannot proceed beyond CD 1.

My pc is booted up using CD 1 of RHEL 4. I can see the first screen of
the installation process which you can just press Enter to proceed or
type other options to proceed with the installation in other ways. This
is as far as I can go. After pressing Enter or any other options for
that matter, the pc will just reboot continuously but unable to bypass
the initial screen. I tired the installation with Fedora 3 and there is
not issues. I am yet to try Fedora 4.

I appreciate any help you guys out there can provide.
