Error : File not Found by glob *.rpm

hi

I was following the steps givenin the article " making custom linux
inst. cd. " from the article :

Everything seems to have gone ok until the 13th step ( which ofcouse is
the most essential one )....

when i punch in the command : rpm --test --dbpath /tmp/testdb -Uvh
*.rpm

it results in a : error : " File not found by glob: *.rpm "

I'm totally lost.... can any one help????
