RH4WS stops during install

When I install Redhat WS 4 on my system, It stops somewhere in disk 2 (CD install)

The machine looks crashed, but CapsLock and some other (ShiftLock?) LEDs flash on my keyboard.

It stops in different locations, seems the location may be depending on the packages I choose to install.

What does the two flashing LEDs mean?
