Assuming /dev/sdc1 is your ntfs partition /scsi is your mountpoint,
putting the following into /etc/fstab.....:

/dev/sdc1 /scsi ntfs defaults 0 0

...should do it. If you want to eliminate the risk of writing by accident,
change defaults to ro.
