Technical reviewers are needed for "The Linux Pocket Guide," an
upcoming book from O'Reilly & Associates covering Red Hat Linux 10.
I'm looking for a few people to read the short manuscript (150-250
small-sized pages) over the space of 1 week and make comments.
We're looking for two kinds of reviewers:
1. Intermediate/advanced users running the latest Red Hat beta, SEVERN.
2. Beginners/novices running Red Hat 9. (Since they aren't likely to
be running SEVERN.)
You also must have free time during the review week, which will fall
between the first & second weeks of November.
In return for a completed review, you'll receive a free copy of the
book, your name in the text, and O'Reilly's gratitude. Oh, and some
cash too.
If interested, email dbarrett@oreilly.com and tell me briefly your
level of experience with Linux (beginner, intermediate, advanced, or
wizard) and which version you're running. Email responses only
please.
Thank you!
