I've been playing around with RH 9 for the last few months and I noticed
last week that the new open code (freebe) operating version of RH is now
called Fedora Core 1. I excitedly downloaded the "Yarrow i386.iso files
needed to install Fedora. I still use Windows XP (I know, how could I!) and
I used Nero image to convert the iso's to "unpack" the iso, which nero did.
I then burned the 3 disks (Great! I thought) Now, here's the problem, I
tried to boot from the CD... nothing, I just the stupid Windoze boot. I
then created a Linux boot disk (rawwrite etc.) rebooted using the floppy
boot disk everything seemed fine but when it checks to see if there is
Fedora files on the "local CDROM" I get a message saying that there are no
FEDORA files on the cd. I'm stumped, I downloaded the iso's from a
different ftp site, same problem, I tried converting the iso files with
WINRAR 3.00, same problem. I'm I missing something? - what am I doing
wrong?

Dazed and confused D
