Tightvnc

Hello,
I have 3 users that accesses a fedora box running tightvnc server. 2 of
the 3 users can access their desktop fine. I can not. I connect and all I
get is a grey screen full of X's????. My .vnc folder has the same files as
the other 2 users.
I have re-installed tight vnc server but it did not help!

any ideas?
