Problem installing Plplot

    hi!
    I am having a problem installing plplot on Red hat 9.0.

    Its saying : libtcl.so: not found
                  libtk.so: not found.
    I re-installed the latest versions of tcl and tk but still I am having
    the same problem.

    Could somebody please tell me what to do.
