partition drive under Fedora?

I know it's gotta be here but I haven't found it yet. The hdd that I have
Fedora on needs to have 2 more partitions. What do I use to do it?
Fedora Kernel 2174. Right now Fedora has the whole thing, I want to split
it in half (approx.)
