    I get that too ... I think it may be X trying to set the APM
    settings (power down, etc.) which I am not using anyway.
    I have no such module. I configured my kernel just to have
    ACPI power (so I can power off the machine).

    If you have ACPI instead of APM ... I wouldn't worry about it.
