You could try Wine but I wouldn't suggest it at all. Besides, all those
programs have alternatives in Linux (Netscape has a native Linux
version, Konqueror or Nautilus for Explorer and OpenOffice Writer for Word).

If you want to run Windows programs, stick with Windows. IMHO.
