HELP URGENT "LINUX IS UNIX???"

I need some help to convince someone (a professional) that Linux is
Unix. I know that IBM Unix is AIX, SUN Unix is SOLARIS, COMPAQ Unix is
True-64...

Can I say that RedHat Unix is Linux??

The argument has to be based on facts and if possible statements or web
pages.
