i need help with quota - fstab (0/1)

hi,
i wondered if you can help me with a problem i have.
i try to set quota`s on my redhat8 system, i edit /etc/fstab as
attached.
created to 600 mode quota.user & quota.group on /
i got all the time message that quotas files are missing
i also tried to work with ext3 filesystem, and files
aquota.user,aquota.group
like mention in quota man pages.
i also get quota file missing when i try quotacheck /
can you know what im doing wrong?
