Hi All,

I just installed Red Hat 9 on my pc. However my monitor is an LCD monitor
and whatever the refresh rate Red Hat is set up to, it just won't display
because of the limitations of the monitor is currently set to. The monitor
only supports 60,70,72, and 75 hertz. I think Red hat is set to 85 or
something even higher.

I have to lower the refresh rate to 75Hertz, but have to do this before the
OS boots up as I can't even get to the login screen once the X window
starts.

I am a newbie to the Linux culture, so please forgive my lack/misuse of
terminology or if this is a dumb question.

Best Regards & Thanks
Danny
