My last experience with a unix type operating system was with Tandy Xenix. I
had an XP machine eviscreate itself during a "Windows Update" session and so
I downloaded and installed Red Hat 9.

I'm havign trouble locating the Documentation for Nautilus 2.2.1 which was
installed with Red Hat 9. I found the Documentation for the latest version
of Nautilus, 2.4.* I think but Some of the things it mentioned didn't seem
to appear in the flesh of 2.2.1 that I'm using.

Specifically I want to learn about how Nautilus' "Network Servers" applet
seems to function as a partial replacement for Windows' "My Network Places."
I assume it functions in concert with samba somehow, samba being something
else I know almost nothing about.

I'll admit I posted a similiar question to another redhat newsgroup but that
was over 24 hours ago and no one has posted a reply so I'm assuming that it
was the wrong place to post and I'm posting here now.

Now, for a specific question.

I would like some tips to help me find documentation specific to the
different packages that came with the RedHat 9 that I downloaded. If they
are on the distribution somewhere, can someone tell me where and how to look
for them? If they are on Red Hat's site can someone tell me how to find them
there? The search that I have found on Red Hat's site seems useless to me
since I can't make it confine itself to articles regarding 9. I'm probably
doing something wrong but I don't know what it is.
