You succeeded in so doing. Well done.

> This is award-winningly uninformative.

Maybe it is - but as I was doing things in something of a rush, I didn't
have time to note and record everything that happened, and in my
original post, I was working from memory. Perhaps you have a
photographic memory - I don't. I wrote down my recollection - which is
that I had issues with a .enu file that I don't recognise. You could,
perhaps, have pointed me at something that could explain what this file
is - so far, I haven't found out. But you chose instead to flame. 10/10
for intellectual arrogance, minus several million for doing *anything*
that could be construed in any way constructive.

> But clearly you have no intetion of taking the advice.

Oh you cretin. Of course I've been reading the documentation. that means
I *am* taking such advice. Have I finished reasing it? No, of course
not. I was rather hoping that someone could help cut short the amount of
reading I have to do - clearly, you are not such a person.

> Or posting a message

Being plonked by you sounds like a significant benefit - please do so at
your earliest convenience.

> Then you know what you are doing wrong

No, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If I did, I'd have no reason to
ask for help, would I? Your thinking is getting muddier by the moment.

> And you didn't specify a problem more specific that "it goes

You don't like my terminology? Fine - I can re-phrase. The process does
not end - indicated by a non-return to a command prompt - yet I can find
no evidence of anything else happening. Better? A few seconds' thought
should have inferred the above from my original posting.

But if I were clearer, you wouldn't have the opportunity to have a go,
would you? And we couldn't be having that...

Oh have a day off, pal. I regularly run wine on a RH8 system and it
*does* do stuff on its own. I've no idea what you do or do not know,
buyt the above is patently male cow manure.

> and it is too soon to be posting and asking for help.

It would appear that asking you for help would always be too soon. Take
it as read that next time I ask for help in any circumstance whatsoever,
I am *specifically* not talking to you. Right?

> And clean up your attitude if you expect assistance here.

And you can *** right off with that attitude. I asked a civilised
question - you chose to start a flame war. don't go lecturing me on
attitude. If you have nothing constructive to say - then say nothing.

Fool.

Vic.
