Cost is $299 (US) for the downloaded version - $329 if you want the "boxed
set". This is pretty pricy!
I use Crossover (URL: http://www.codeweavers.com/site/products/) and am
pretty happy with their product. Crossover handles Windows Office and
Macromedia Dreamweaver without any difficulty, but I haven't tried any of
the other products you've mentioned. The cost is $54.95 (US) so it's a bit
more reasonable than VMWare - plus you can get a 30-day free trial to see
if it will run your applications.
