Thanks for the link Robert. I ran the Autofix program and the low latency
reg entry sped up my download speeds (cable) from 3012 kbps or thereabouts
consistently to 42 -4888 kbps. I ran the high latency fix first, and it
actually slowed things down to the low 2000's. Before the 'fix', I
_usually_ had ping times of less than 100.
